I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. the staff was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. the Spa center was luxurious with exclusive amenities such as the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, and Spa center, which provided a relaxing escape. the room advantages were impressive with a private facility that was exclusive to the room. the Restaurant served a delicious Continental breakfast, which was complimentary, and an In-room breakfast that was extraordinary. the Bar/Lounge area was very pleasant, and the Outdoor dining area was outstanding. the Espresso machine in the room was a great addition, and the Buffet breakfast was free for every guest. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to many attraction sites and shopping centers. Cons: Although my stay was perfect, there was only one minor issue, which was with the service of one staff member that wasn't very pleasant. Despite that, the overall service of the hotel was impeccable.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the modern design and top location of this hotel. The restaurant/bar/cafe on the ground floor was a great place to hang out, and the drinks were fantastic. The rooms were clean and well-facilitated, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in a luxurious neighborhood with plenty of shopping options and restaurants nearby. The Osmanbey metro station was close by, making it easy to explore the city.

Good value hotel, fairly clean, with super location not far from too many coffee shops, nice shops restaurants and Istanbul. I appreciated comfortable furniture in the standard king room. Food provided for breakfast was excellant. The property had free coffee in the lobby.

We liked every detail about our very nice 5 nights stay here. There was lovely outdoor restaurant with excellent meals.

Great location in the heart of Nisantashi with numerous nice restaurants and Gizia stores nearby. Rooms have some advantages such as comfortable beds and modern decor. Staff is relatively helpful.

Some aspects could be improved such as the poor lighting in the bathroom and lack of useful tips from the staff to get around the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of a trendy area with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was well-designed and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. the breakfast provided was really good, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

the air conditioner was a disaster, as it couldn't be controlled from the room.

We loved that this hotel is located in a non-tourist area near everything, including coffee shops, restaurants, and Osmanbay metro station which can take you to a major square in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff members were helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

The location was perfect, right next to a big park and unique designer shops. The restaurant had delicious food and a charming setting. Although we had an issue with our room, the staff were quick to resolve it and Ismail was a hero. I had an awesome experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
